An Asian-American fusion restaurant featuring Thai and American dishes including burgers, pasta, and small plates. Brought to Bemidji by local entrepreneur Keng Dechawuth. Mushrooms featured in recipes, like the namesake blue oyster, are grown locally at the Puposky Pearl mushroom farm.  This classy, yet casual restaurant with an eclectic and delicious menu is already garnering rave reviews from locals and Bemidji visitors alike.
